Cochayuyo and Black Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced cochayuyo
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans
- 1/2 cup sliced red pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 4-5 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet.
